1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and lk168 (the "Company," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), a gaming platform operating under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By accessing the lk168 website at lk168.cam, creating an account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the lk168 platform and services. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.2 Account Registration and Security

Each individual user is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on the lk168 platform. Creation of multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts using false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and winnings. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 2.3 Prohibited Persons

The following individuals are prohibited from creating accounts or using lk168 services:

• Individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

lk168 accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), and select credit/debit card networks (Visa, Mastercard). All deposits are credited to your account balance in PHP. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, and the maximum single deposit amount is ₱50,000, subject to modification at the Company's discretion. Deposits are typically processed instantly for GCash and PayMaya transactions; bank transfers may take 1-3 business days to clear.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your lk168 account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing. lk168 reserves the right to request documentation demonstrating the source of deposited funds at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension and reversal of deposits.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested via the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200, and the maximum single withdrawal amount is ₱100,000, subject to modification. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours for GCash and PayMaya; bank transfers may take 2-5 business days.

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete account verification by submitting government-issued identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 90 days). Subsequent withdrawals may require additional verification at the Company's discretion.

Withdrawals are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. You must wager deposited funds at least one (1) time before withdrawal eligibility. Bonus funds, free spins, and promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements as outlined in the applicable promotion terms. Withdrawal of winnings derived from bonus funds requires completion of stated wagering requirements.

3.3 Transaction Fees and Charges

lk168 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors (banks, GCash, PayMaya) may impose their own transaction fees or service charges. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party providers. Currency conversion fees may apply if your payment method operates in a currency other than PHP.

4. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

All wagers placed on lk168 are final and cannot be canceled, reversed, or modified once accepted by the platform. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently tested and audited by accredited testing laboratories. lk168 does not manipulate, alter, or predetermine game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure affecting gameplay, all affected wagers and payouts will be void. lk168 will investigate the issue and, at its sole discretion, may refund affected wagers to player accounts or honor legitimate wins based on available game logs and system records.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain unfair advantage or fraudulent winnings
• Engaging in chip dumping, money laundering, or other fraudulent financial activity
• Using stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, or unauthorized payment instruments
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses, promotions, or circumvent restrictions
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or verification
• Accessing the platform from restricted jurisdictions or using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to conceal location
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other players, dealers, or customer support staff
• Sharing account credentials or allowing third parties to access your account

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of account balance and winnings, and reporting to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities where applicable.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Offers

5.1 Promotional Terms

lk168 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in the applicable promotion page or communication. Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements, which specify the amount that must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Unless otherwise stated, standard wagering requirements for bonuses are thirty (30) times the bonus amount. For example, a ₱500 bonus requires ₱15,000 in total wagers before withdrawal eligibility. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified timeframe (typically 30 days from bonus issuance) or the bonus and associated winnings will expire and be forfeited.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

lk168 reserves the right to revoke bonuses, void winnings, and close accounts of players who abuse promotional offers through creation of multiple accounts, coordinated activity with other players, or exploitation of bonus terms. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may be restricted or denied to professional or advantage players at the Company's discretion.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

6.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment

We provide tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options. 6.2 Self-Exclusion

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

lk168 makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability and uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to services. The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond the Company's control. lk168 will not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions or unavailability.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, lk168, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall lk168's total aggregate liability exceed the amount of funds in your account balance or ₱10,000, whichever is lower. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain types of damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms and your use of lk168 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

9.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute regarding account activity, wagers, payouts, bonuses, or any other matter related to your use of lk168, you agree to first attempt resolution through lk168 customer support. 10. Account Closure and Termination

10.2 Involuntary Closure

lk168 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

In the event of account closure for breach of Terms or prohibited activity, lk168 reserves the right to forfeit account balances and void all pending wagers and winnings. Legitimate funds held in accounts closed for non-breach reasons will be returned to players after deduction of any applicable fees or charges.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of lk168 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. 12. Amendment of Terms
